Our most popular Maintenance Membership is the Platinum Membership, which exceeds all factory requirements. This is a Prepaid 3-year Maintenance Membership that includes generator monitoring for the length of your membership PLUS a battery replacement in the third year.

With ANY of our preventative maintenance options, you will have peace of mind knowing you’re on our maintenance scheduling route, eliminating the need to call in every year. After your maintenance visit, you will receive a full diagnostic report showing your generator is in proper working order and address any concerns or recommendations.
